The Berlin Marathon is the largest and fastest inline skating marathon in the world. Former runners talk this is a ultimate fest of speed and endurance skating: an incredible track through the city, thousands of participants, hundreds of thousands of spectators and excellent management are the reasons to return to Berlin every year.
This September the marathon will not only be unusually crowded: as many as 6,000 skaters will start the race, incl. athletes from clubs LT S.T.R.I.D.E., Snails & Cheetahs, GRK LT and SSC Kaunas. For the first time we will be granted with a live stream hosted by irreplaceable speed skating enthusiast Julius Koi!
